Evil is
Doing something to someone against their will, when you lack rightful authority over them and it’s not a punishment for breaking an agreement.
Good is
Doing something someone wants, or fulfilling your responsibility to someone under your rightful authority, without causing evil.
Everything else is a Maybe.
Actions where will or authority is unclear, can be resolved case-by-case by comparing outcomes. Patterns can be recognized, categorized and compared to determine which of possible decisions will lead to least of evils.
