Deception

Deception is communication that a deceiver makes to cause false belief, or to hide applicable truth, so that the receiver cannot correctly consent. Deception causes an agent to act on terms that they did not accept with full knowledge. Thus deception makes consent invalid, and it becomes a type of harm.
