Circumstances

Circumstances are the facts around an act that show the meaning of the act. Terms are the conditions that the parties stated. Circumstances are the facts that both parties knew before. Circumstances add no thing to a deal, and they remove no thing from it. They only show the meaning of the words and the Conduct that the parties used. Circumstances at no time make a Consent that no word and no conduct showed. To show that a circumstance was true is a question of Evidence. A Judgment that uses it can be false, as all judgments can.
