Judgment
A judgment is a falsifiable statement by a Judge of how Law applies to proven facts. A Judgment states these things: the events, the agent who caused harm, the victim, and the restitution and proportion that follow. It also states the guilt, if guilt exists, and each status that results. A Judgment discovers and records these consequences. It does not make Law, guilt, or Justice. A Judgment has authority only while its facts remain proven, and while its logic remains correct. When a person disproves the facts or the logic, the Judgment must change.
