Crime

A crime is an action that harms a person who did not want that action, across an intact boundary. An intact boundary is a boundary that is in no Forfeiture. A crime makes a victim. No victim means no crime. This is simple logic from the Golden Rule. Only Justice erases the moral debt: the sovereign choice of the victim, collection or release.
