Contract Breach
A contract breach is a failure to obey terms that a person voluntarily agreed to in a Contract. A breach makes a victim: the party who trusted the agreement and received damage from its violation. The party who broke the terms owes Restitution for the damage that they caused. A breach is not renegotiation. Renegotiation requires consent from all parties. A breach is one-sided. If a breach causes no damage, there is no victim, and thus there is no claim.
