Conduct

Conduct is the acts of an agent, when those acts show the intention of that agent to a different agent. Behavior only tells the acts of an agent in time. Conduct is the same acts, with the intention in them. Conduct shows only the intention that the agent had. Thus an agent who had no such intention has given no consent. When conduct shows the same intention as words, it shows Consent as words do, and no more. Conduct at no time makes a Consent that the agent did not give. When conduct is not clear, it shows no thing, and the boundary stays.
